Bill Lynn
Bill Lynn has been working in the concrete industry for over 25 years.
He has covered everything from estimating to the construction of Pervious Concrete paving since the late 1980’s.
His first involvement with Pervious Concrete was through Jack Paine, who, at the time, was in charge of concrete paving with a large ready mix company.
Jack introduced Bill along with Mr. Bruce Glaspey to the “new” paving and after the placement was complete he was amazed to see that when a water hose was placed on the paving it ran through with no standing water left.
In his time since that first involvement, Bill has estimated and sold millions of square feet of Pervious Concrete in various applications such as; beach front condominiums, parking lots, marine and aquatic centers and botanical gardens. Bill Lynn is an accomplished estimator in Pervious Concrete with years of first hand experience.
